Customer Service Representative
Fixed Term Full Time

Westown Branch

We are looking for our next Customer super star, to join our TSB Westown team for a 5 month contract through to Mid December 2025

You will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.  

With a passion for customer service, you will be responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals. A continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to your success.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 1-year previous banking/financial service experience
  • Able to pick up new systems, processes quickly
  • Enjoy connecting and engaging with people at a variety of levels, providing exceptional service
  • Willing to learn and grow in the role
