Join the dynamic Customer Dialogue Centre team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be delivering exceptional support and ensuring positive interactions for our valued customers!
This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers, offering exceptional support and assistance across various communication platforms, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will play a crucial role in representing the voice of Toyota New Zealand and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based on-site in the office, Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North. Hours of work will fall between 8am – 5:30pm.

This is not a traditional contact centre role, it is a case management position which will see you take ownership for your assigned cases, manage them from start to finish and investigate when needed.
