Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a person with a genuine customer centric approach and who is passionate about sales and service to join our fantastic Customer Service team here at Bidfood in Taupō. Your understanding of the food industry and being able to provide innovative and solution focussed service to our customers is invaluable. You will work as part of a small, fun and friendly Customer Service team within a large and exciting organisation.

About You:
- Ideally you will come to us with a proven background in customer service or supporting industries and enjoy all things food and food related.
- You are comfortable working to deadlines and reaching realistic targets and KPIs.
- You will need an exceptional telephone manner, and have computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Your belief that going the extra mile is the least you can do will carry you far within our diverse business.
- We are looking for a positive, happy and results driven team member with great communication skills.
