Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ) is is looking for passionate individuals to provide exceptional service to our clients and their whānau. We are a trusted not-for-profit provider of home and community services across New Zealand.   

Your Role:

• Deliver exceptional service to our clients and their whānau.
• Work within the wider operations team to roster over 11,000 client appointments weekly.
• Think on your feet and take pride in your work.
• Complete multiple tasks within the Operations team and in the community.
• Based in our Penrose office.

Available Shifts:

• Permanent Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 11:00 am
• Permanent Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Great customer service, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Positive team player
