About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our childcare centres with new enquiries and follow-ups. This is a Fixed-term, twelve-month contract until September 2025.  

This role involves:

  • Responding to calls and emails from enquiring families
  • Following up with outbound calls and emails
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Data entry into our systems
  • Supporting general administration tasks

Experience and Key Skill Requirements

  • Experience in a contact centre environment (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills
