We are looking for a Fixed Term, Full Time Customer Service Representative Superstar to join our Waitara Branch

You will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.  With a passion for customer service, you will be responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals. A continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to your success.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 1-year previous banking/financial service experience;
  • Able to pick up new systems, processes quickly.
  • Enjoy connecting and engaging with people at a variety of levels, providing exceptional service.
