About the role:

As part of our Customer Banking Inbound Team, you’ll be handling inbound contacts from our customers via phone, email, and social media. You’ll be expected to provide an excellent service experience by quickly and efficiently assessing customer needs and helping deliver the right solution.

Although this an entry level role, as we are a small organisation, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation for any future aspirations in banking.   

This role will be part of a pool of customer service agents to cover shortfalls in resourcing on an ad hoc basis with varying levels of notice. 

We are a 7 day operation, 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. So there is something for everyone. We provide the tools to allow the successful people to work flexibly from home as well.

Key responsibilities:

· Achieve the bank’s goals by delivering excellent customer experiences 

· Build relationships with customers by establishing rapport, proactively identifying their needs across our full product and services range, and deliver suitable solutions 

· Adhere to current policy, procedures, and legal requirements

· Work collaboratively with other members of the team

· Comply with Health & Safety requirements including practicing safe work methods, and helping management eliminate workplace hazards

You’ll bring the following experience to the table:

· Proven customer service experience

· Problem solving skills 

· Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
