About the role

As part of our Customer Banking Inbound Team, you’ll be handling inbound contacts from our customers via phone, email, and social media. You’ll be expected to provide an excellent service experience by quickly and efficiently assessing customer needs and helping deliver the right solution.

Key responsibilities

Achieve the bank’s goals by delivering excellent customer experiences 

Build relationships with customers by establishing rapport, proactively identifying their needs across our full product and services range, and deliver suitable solutions 

Adhere to current policy, procedures, and legal requirements

Work collaboratively with other members of the team

Comply with Health & Safety requirements including practicing safe work methods, and helping management eliminate workplace hazards

You’ll bring the following experience to the table:

· Proven customer service experience

· Problem solving skills 

· Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
