Customer Relationship Specialist

We are looking for a positive, proactive person to join our amazing Customer Relationship team, based in Palmerston North but also supporting our Toyota stores in Feilding, Levin, Masterton and Whanganui.
What would you be doing?
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls – successful call centre or hospitality experience would be an advantage here, but is not essential, as long as you are willing to learn!
- Preparing and distributing WOF & service reminders and communications to customers via their preferred contact method
- Processing telephone and online booking requests
- Setting up new, and managing existing, customer records; obtaining customer information and maintaining our customer database to the highest standard
- Delivering prepared guides to ensure new and repeat service and extra care business
- Ensuring sound knowledge of product and service requirements, pricing and time frames to identify needs, provide solutions, respond to questions and identify and overcome objections
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or person
- Communicating and coordinating effectively and positively with all other internal departments – this team is a central cog in the machine!

- A passion for consistently delivering outstanding customer service, largely over the phone, but face to face and electronically as well
