A rare opportunity has arisen for a motivated and capable leader to supervise our cargo services team. As the Customer Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee all cargo services, ensuring safe, well-controlled and efficient cargo operations, with a focus on cost-efficient cargo movement across the terminal and connectivity with container vessels. 

A pivotal position in the Port team, this is a hands-on and varied operational leadership role, coordinating terminal activities, supporting shipping line requirements and delivering exceptional service to our customers.  You will oversee end‑to‑end cargo operations, including cargo storage allocation across the terminal, vehicle and equipment movements, leading a small team, and the pre‑planning and preparation of vessels.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in port or logistics operations (minimum five years preferred);
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience;
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service;
  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills;
  • Confidence using Terminal Operating Systems and learning new technology; and
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment.
