Customer Experience Consultant
Rotorua Toyota, part of the award-winning Hawkes Bay Toyota Group, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Used Vehicle team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy dealership where every day is different. With a constantly evolving range of quality used vehicles, you'll work closely with customers to help them find the right vehicle to suit their lifestyle and budget. As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll:
- Guide customers through the vehicle buying journey from first enquiry to delivery.
- Build genuine relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Keep up to date with incoming stock and product knowledge.
- Follow up customer enquiries and generate new sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team while achieving individual and team sales targets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving results.
Success in this role is all about attitude. We're looking for someone who is:

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. If you've got the right attitude and a genuine passion for helping people, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
