Are you an expert in delivering outstanding customer service? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team in a full-time, permanent role. As a key point of contact for our community and customers, you will provide in-person assistance to community members, while also managing inquiries via phone, email, and web chat in our call centre.
Our Customer Experience team provides essential support to both the Council and our community, playing a key role in connecting people with the right services and ensuring that the appropriate resources are directed to where they are needed most.

Full time - 8am – 5pm / Monday to Friday

You will be an amazing communicator that is capable of building relationships will all Stakeholders – internal and external. Being a self-starter and able to self-manage will be key to the success of this role. Your attention to detail will be on point along with your time management/organisation skills. You will have capability and awareness across the Council, connecting external stakeholders with the right services and departments.
You’ll be confident and driven to provide Customer excellence and go the extra mile for your stakeholders. You will have strong ability with MS Office suite and a variety of databases.
Having strong relationships across the organisation will be key to your success.
