In this key role, you’ll be focusing on maintaining the asset quality for TSB by managing and minimising loan arrears and other forms of credit control activity. Working closely with the Credit Solutions Manager, you’ll provide customer centric ‘solutions’ that seek to identify problems and mitigate timely intervention, appropriate strategies, and effective actions.
At TSB supporting good customer outcomes is at the heart of who we are, and the credit solutions world is no different. Your experience and understanding of lending principles and practices will enable you to develop appropriate restructuring solutions.
Your knowledge of the practical use of 3rd party systems including Legal Charlie, ASB Card systems and relevant Collection Agency information portals, as well as legislative requirements including CCCFA, Property Law Act and the Code of Banking Practice, will ensure you stand out from the rest.
