Radius Care is currently seeking out an Exceptional Person to join the Finance team. Radius provides rest home and hospital level support to our residents across 23 facilities throughout New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager Receivables to join our team of 4 experience staff to support with managing accounts receivable sub ledgers. 

Key tasks for this role include:

• Effectively managing and leading a team of 5 
• Developing relationships with key internal and external parties, particularly facility management and residents and their families. 
• Reviewing funding agreements and admission agreements to ensure that they are applied correctly 
• Debt recovery practices are in place to minimize outstanding debt
• Streamlines credit control processes and ensuring that they meet Radius Care standards
• Act quickly to find solutions particularly around funding queries 

What we are looking for:

• Someone who has at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally an experienced Credit Manager or who has worked as a Senior Credit Controller. 
• Extensive experience in a high-volume credit management position
• Experience leading a team is desirable but not essential
• Someone who displays compassion and empathy when dealing with residents’ families
• The ability to work with multiple and complex external contracts 
• Someone who can pick up new systems very quickly
