About the role  

As part of our Finance team, you’ll be fundamental in influencing the Bank’s financial operations. As a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll use your ideas to make what we do even better. You’ll be in an intermediate level role or looking to take that next step in your career with experience in financial services. 

You will contribute towards the Bank’s direction by:

  • Designing, producing and delivering timely financial information.
  • Being a link between the business and the numbers.
  • Providing effective guidance, support, and advice to various business units; and
  • Operating across a broad spectrum of work within the Finance Department.

You’ll bring the following experience to the table:  

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial services (banking highly desirable).
  • Accounting degree and member of CAANZ, or equivalent, is necessary.
  • Demonstrable experience generating financial reports and delivering key insights.
  • Experience using D365 Business Central General Ledger highly desirable.
  • Communication skills at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise
