Cooke Howlison Isuzu Trucks is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role can be tailored to suit part-time, flexible hours, making it ideal for someone looking to balance professional responsibilities with other commitments. You will serve as the point of contact for customers with or without warranty coverage, ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our service, parts, and sales teams, as well as manufacturers such as Scania and Isuzu, to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.

What you will be doing:

  • Warranty Administration: ensure all claims are prepared, coded, and submitted accurately while maintaining organised records and staying up to date with manufacturer policies and recalls
  • Customer Service: as the first point of contact for customers, the role requires clear communication, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering a positive experience
  • Quality & Compliance: working closely with the Service Department and manufacturers, the Warranty Administrator supports compliance with standards, monitors claim trends, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives
  • General Administration: assisting service, sales, or parts managers with sundry administrative tasks.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with computer systems and administrative processes
  • A proactive, professional approach to problem‑solving and teamwork

The job also requires that you: 

  • have New Zealand Residency or a valid New Zealand work visa 
  • have a current full driver’s licence
