About Us
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our ECE centre, licensed for 50 children. You will be responsible for preparing fresh, nutritious, and child-friendly meals and snacks while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance. The successful candidate will have basic computer skills, be organised, manage food supplies and dietary requirements, and work collaboratively with the teaching team. You will also support and implement our Healthy Heart programme, promoting healthy eating habits and wellbeing for our tamariki.
About the Role
This is a permanent, part-time position working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 2.00pm. There may also be occasional opportunities to provide classroom support when needed.

- Understanding of allergies and dietary requirements
- A passion for cooking and baking

- The ability to work within food budgets
