Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH) is a whānau-focused, Iwi mandated, kaupapa Māori health and social services organisation. The Role 

We have a vacancy in our Business Growth and Design (BGD) team for a Contracts Coordinator. The BGD team's purpose is to access funding, design new services that improve whānau wellbeing and monitor over 250 government agreements and sub agreements with our Health and Social services partners. 

We are looking for someone who has a passion for advancing Māori development and who has a commitment to Kaupapa Māori Health & Social Service services.

Your main responsibilities will be to support the Contracts and Business Development Manager in maintaining organised and up-to-date contract records, administering contracts throughout their lifecycle, monitoring organisational contract compliance and coordinating contract related activities. You will also assist with the administration of lease agreements for our Housing portfolio, serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, and generate reports to support decision-making.

This role is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm [40 hours], based at our large site in Hastings. 

Ideal Experience

We are looking for applicants with:

  • Previous experience working with service contracts, lease agreements or 
  • In an administrative position involving complex, detailed and large numbers of supplier/contract arrangements.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and Folio is an advantage
  • The ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Sound financial administration skills, including reconciling payment schedules and identifying variances.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail.
