We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our high performing Contact Centre team in Dunedin

In this role you’ll revel in the opportunity to lead and support the Southern Contact Centre team on a daily basis and ensure the team delivers a superior service to our customer owners. This is a crucial role working to support the growing digital channels within Unity, engaging with our members now and in the future.

The successful candidate will have previous experience leading and motivating a team, enjoy providing solutions, and be an encouraging member of the wider Unity team, promoting our Organisation's vision and values every day.

Normal hours of work cover five days a week between the days of Monday - Friday.
