Your role is simple yet critical: to implement and maintain our compliance programs that safeguard the quality and safety of our products. Here's what you'll make happen:

  • Food Safety Compliance: We take Food Safety seriously. We've got a solid Food Control Plan (FCP) based on HACCP principles. You'll implement our FCP, making sure the team are well-versed in food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: No compromises. You'll be our go-to for all things Health & Safety, ensuring everyone is identifying potential hazards. You'll conduct risk assessments, and lead any incident investigations.
  • Stocktaking and Inventory Management: You'll work with the team to keep our stock levels optimised, everything's accounted for and discrepancies are minimised. 
  • Regulatory Reporting and Documentation: Crossing the T's and dotting the I's. Your knack for detail will shine as you prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities. Keeping records of audits, training sessions, and compliance activities will be your jam.
