We are looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join us in the role of Community Services Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring a quality service is provided to the people we support and their whanau/family that is coherent with the Enabling Good Lives principles.

This Services Coordinator role is responsible for:
· Facilitating a person directed service partnering with the people we support, their family/whanau and the community
· Developing plans that ensure the agreed outcomes are met, in partnership with the people we support and their whanau/family
· Managing rosters and ensure that budgets are met
· Managing the feedback process to enhance the support provided
· Fostering a team environment of effective and positive working relationships
· Providing direct reports with regular coaching and feedback that results in high performance
In order to be successful in this role you will:
· Hold an appropriate qualification or relevant experience within the disability sector
· Experience with high health and complex needs related to physical disabilities
· Demonstrate an understanding of the issues faced by individuals with disability and the ability to connect people with their community.
· Proven experience in a leadership role
· Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent planning and organisational skills
· Experience with working with people and their whanau in a way that is culturally sensitive
