We're looking for a go-getter Communications and Product Manager to be part of a Customer Experience team intent on promoting and delivering extraordinary new propositions that will engage and excite members and drive growth.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of our customer communications strategy, engaging and activating key audiences across multiple touchpoints, while also taking ownership of part of Unity's product portfolio. A market innovator with a proven ability to leverage strategic insights, you will have demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful integrated marketing communication and product plans. Your people and influencing skills will allow you to build and sustain effective relationships with team members, key business partners, peers, executives, and our extended community of agencies and suppliers.
Like any go-getter, you will be adept at carving paths through ambiguity, resilient, and resourceful with a fervent passion for our members, and a desire to act fast as we continue to differentiate ourselves in an increasingly data connected and digital-driven world.
