FMG has a variety-filled role for an emerging communications’ professional who is keen to work across internal and external communication, lead social media and support FMG’s Sustainability programme.

The position requires generalist communication skills and the ability to build relationships across FMG to unlock great stories within the organisation. 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • drive, excellent writing skills, a curiosity to learn and a team player who wants variety in their workday.
  • experience in generating social media content and managing relevant channels
  • at least two plus years’ experience in communications and wanting to join a supportive and evolving Communications and Sustainability Team, where you’ll be encouraged to bring thoughts and ideas to the table
  • comfortable delivering communication advice and content for both internal and external audiences.

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Sustainability, this is a fixed term role through to Friday, 2 April 2027. The ideal start date for this role is Monday, 20 April, but there is flexibility with this.
