Commis Chef
About the role:
We're on the lookout for Commis Chefs who are passionate about producing great food and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This fixed-term summer opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in high-volume kitchens, including banquet and buffet service, who takes pride in producing quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility is a must as you'll work rostered shifts across weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods.
The perfect candidate will have:
- Relevant kitchen experience or an equivalent qualification
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry
- The ability to thrive in a fun, diverse team environment
- A commitment to producing high-quality food while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
