About the role

Reporting directly to the Group Manager – Property & Accommodation, the Commercial Property Facilities Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of Skyline’s commercial and residential property interests in central Queenstown.

This is a hands-on, sole charge, varied role where you’ll oversee the commercial building maintenance and compliance, coordinate with tenants and contractors, respond to public and stakeholder queries and support the delivery of minor capital works and facilities projects. You'll build strong relationships across the board and play a key part in maintaining our commercial properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have

  • previous experience in commercial or residential property management,
  • exceptional communication, organisation, and admin skills,
  • a logical and investigative approach to maintenance issues,
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook,
  • a full and clean NZ driver licence,
  • an understanding of current NZ Health & Safety regulations.
