Clinical Team Leader: Kaumātua Service

(Full-time, Permanent)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader to join our Kaumātua Services team. This role will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to utilise their leadership and managerial skills to inspire our team who work hard to provide wrap around support to improve the overall wellbeing of our Kaumātua. 

The Clinical Team Leader will lead and coordinate the Kaumātua service, ensuring healthcare and wellbeing services are provided to individuals outside of traditional healthcare settings. 

Your Attributes - What you will bring to the role:

  • A clear approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated experience utilising leadership skills to inspire, support and manage people and resources
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving service, organisational and strategic objectives
  • An understanding of Māori models of health and the application of the Treaty of Waitangi in practice
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • A commitment to working from a multidisciplinary approach, while you walk along side and in support of whānau
  • The capability to advocate to ensure better health and social outcomes for the people we serve
  • An entitlement to work in New Zealand
