Carter House Lifecare is a 65-bed rest home, hospital and dementia facility situated in Te Puke. Situated in the heart of the Bay of Plenty, Te Puke certainly has plenty to offer.  We have a fantastic opportunity as a Clinical Services manager at Carter House Lifecare for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day. 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships.
  • Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
  • A genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
