Coldstream Lifecare & Village is a 58-bed Rest Home and Hospital with an 11-unit Village & Princes Court is a 35-bed dementia facility both located in the town of Ashburton, which is an exciting place to work, live and raise a family. We have a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day. 

  Skills & Experience | He pūkenga tou

  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care. 
  • Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • A passion for caring for others.
