About Us:  

Our parent company, Heritage Lifecare Limited, is one of New Zealand's largest residential aged care services providers. Our homes and small villages are based from Whangarei down to Invercargill, providing a warm and welcoming home to over 2,200 people and cared for by over 2,400 staff.   

  • Golden Age is a 52-bed Care Home
  • Alborosa is a 40-bed Care Home
  • Camellia is a 39-bed Care Home.

About Our Role: 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day. 

  Skills & Experience | He pūkenga tou

  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care. 
  • Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • A passion for caring for others.
