  • 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday 
  • Annual Salary between $100000 - $114,000 per year - negotiable for the right candidate.
  • Hawkes Bay location

We have a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.  You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.

Colwyn House Lifecare is a 69-bed Care Home, specialising in Dementia and Psychogeriatric Care, located in the sunny Hawke’s Bay town of Hastings.   Skills & Experience | He pūkenga tou

  •  Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care.
  •  Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
  •  Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  •  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  •  A passion for caring for others.
