We are looking for a new colleague to join our team at Family Works, Presbyterian Support Otago. This opportunity to provide frontline support to anyone accessing our organisation doesn’t come along every day, but right now you have the chance to be part of the Client Services team, who are key to our front of house. You will be the first point of contact for people who might be in high-stress situations.
If you are resilient, with a talent for problem-solving, assessing information, making decisions, and communicating with clients and stakeholders, then this could be the role for you!
About the Role
You will work alongside another Client Services Coordinator to support the delivery of front of house, reception and foodbank services to anyone accessing Family Works or Presbyterian Support Otago. You will work closely with TFM clients and support them with accessing the support or services as identified appropriate.
As a member of the Family Works, you will be a part of the wider Dunedin support centre team, alongside being part of a much larger regional team of colleagues. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in and support others who are making a real difference for tamariki, rangatahi, whanau and tangata whaiora in our community.
This is a very small but valuable team at Presbyterian Support Otago, and you will be surrounded by colleagues making a real difference in your community.
Hours: This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, 8.30 am- 5.00 pm. Based in our Dunedin office.
