FMG has an exciting opportunity for a Client Insights Specialist to join our Client Propositions and Loss Prevention team.
This role is all about turning data into insight that genuinely makes a difference for our clients. You’ll be responsible for developing relevant, timely and actionable insights that support better decision‑making across client growth strategies and client experience initiatives.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business and our research partners, you’ll bring the Voice of the Client to life through high‑quality analysis, data storytelling and evidence‑based recommendations.
