FMG has an exciting opportunity for a Client Insights Specialist to join our Client Propositions and Loss Prevention team.

This role is all about turning data into insight that genuinely makes a difference for our clients. You’ll be responsible for developing relevant, timely and actionable insights that support better decision‑making across client growth strategies and client experience initiatives.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business and our research partners, you’ll bring the Voice of the Client to life through high‑quality analysis, data storytelling and evidence‑based recommendations.

What you’ll be doing -

  • Leading and managing the execution of client research and insight activity that informs client experience and growth initiatives
  • Designing, extracting and analysing data from FMG systems and external sources to generate meaningful insights
  • Applying analytical techniques to identify drivers of client behaviour and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives
  • Translating complex analysis into clear, compelling insights for non‑technical audiences
  • Using data visualisation and storytelling to present findings to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Identifying and supporting advanced analytics and AI use cases in partnership with our Data & Digital teams
  • Providing insight‑led recommendations to support strategic, investment and prioritisation decisions

What we’re looking for -

You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset, curiosity and the ability to influence through insight. You’ll also have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification with 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, or significant relevant experience demonstrating the required capability
  • Strong experience in data analysis and insight generation in a business context
  • Experience working with modern analytics and visualisation tools
  • The ability to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions using evidence
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business
  • A willingness to adapt and grow as analytics and AI capabilities evolve
