Purpose of the Role
Are you ready to make a significant impact at FMG? As our Client Experience Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the client experience across the Mutual. Your leadership will drive strategic goals and create a positive, lasting impact on our clients. You'll lead a dynamic team focused on research, client insights, and loss prevention, working closely with the Client Propositions Manager – Strategy and Engagement to mobilise different teams and bring our vision to life.
