As part of our Christchurch-based Claims team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients through the claims process. From lodging and managing a range of claims to answering queries and problem-solving, this is a phone-based role so you will be on the phone daily speaking to our clients and ensuring we provide the best possible outcomes for both our clients and FMG.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Hours of Work
Hours of work are 10:00am to 06:30pm Monday to Friday and a rostered rotating Saturday shift (08:30am – 04:00pm)
