About the role

We are looking for a Change Analyst to join our team. Southern Cross Healthcare is on a transformation journey, “Reimagining 2033”, as a Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting organisational change initiatives within the transformation portfolio, as well as other BAU project initiatives.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will assess impacts, engage stakeholders identifying resistance, initiate and update an integrated change activities plan and provide a holistic view to the Change Heat Map. 

This key Change role is a blend of analytical and reporting skills, communication abilities, and with a solid understanding of a people centred approach, lead the development of Change Champions so that the organisation quickly and positively adapts to change.

To be successful you will need:

  • At least 5 years working experience, of which 2 – 3 years have been in Change Management / Business Analysis / Internal Comms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, Change Management, Communications
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies e.g Prosci, is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • EPMO and change management experience would be desirable
