The Cat’s Pyjama's is looking for a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager to lead our energetic, experienced and close-knit team in Rolleston.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ECE leader to take the next step in their leadership journey, build meaningful relationships with children and whānau, and make a lasting difference within our centre.
Together, we grow
The Cat’s Pyjama's provides a bright, nurturing learning environment for children aged 0–5 years. Our purpose-built centre features three thoughtfully designed classrooms for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, each equipped to support the unique developmental needs of its age group.
Our spacious learning areas are filled with engaging, developmentally appropriate resources that inspire curiosity, creativity and confident exploration. Children can move naturally between inviting indoor and outdoor environments, encouraging investigation, discovery and joyful learning.
Strong relationships are at the heart of our philosophy. Every child has a primary caregiver who provides security and continuity as they learn and develop. We also embrace a local curriculum approach, helping children connect with their community, culture and natural environment.
At The Cat’s Pyjama's, children and whānau truly come first.
