About the Role: 

We're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to step into a larger role at BestStart Te Atatu Peninsula. As a change maker, you'll have the chance to lead a 100-license center situated in the heart of Te Atatu Peninsula. 

This center has a strong track record of high occupancy and financial performance. We're seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to drive improvements across all rooms, working closely with a motivated team to enhance teacher practice and achieve better outcomes for our children.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 

Role requirements: 

Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following: 

· B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification 

· Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum 

· Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard 

· A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices 

· You’ll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others 

· You are an innovator, both in input and output – being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!
