About the Role:

As a high-impact leader, reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre.

You’ll build strong relationships with our children, whānau and local community, while supporting your team to deliver meaningful, engaging learning experiences. Being a great communicator, coach and people leader will be key to your success.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Role requirements:

We are looking for a leader who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young learners and can bring the following:

· B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
· Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and pedagogy
· Good knowledge of current ECE Regulations and Te Whāriki
· A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
· A great coach who can unlock the potential of others
· A positive and innovative approach to leadership and continuous improvement
