About the Role
As Centre Manager, you’ll lead with empathy, vision, and purpose. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional learning outcomes for tamariki. Relationship-building will come naturally to you, and your leadership will empower others to grow.
This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
What You’ll Bring:
- A BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) qualification and current Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, Te Whāriki, and compliance requirements
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your pedagogical practice
- Proven ability to coach, inspire, and empower others
- A mindset for innovation and continuous improvement
