Our centre offers a dynamic, child-led programme within a homely setting, featuring three classrooms and two spacious outdoor environments. Our outdoor areas include vegetable and herb gardens, lovingly grown by our tamariki and kaiako, which contribute to our centre meals and even help feed our much-loved guinea pigs.
We are proud of our qualified onsite chef, who prepares nutritious, delicious meals tailored to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements. Our vibrant multicultural community and experienced teaching team bring richness and depth to our learning environment, supporting children to develop the skills they need for lifelong learning.

About the Role
As a high-impact leader reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional learning outcomes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
This role is ideal for someone ready to step into their first Centre Manager position, where you’ll be supported to grow your leadership capability while making a meaningful impact. You’ll be a strong communicator who builds trusting relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your team, while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
