About the Role

Reporting to an Area Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the centre while fostering a positive team culture and ensuring high-quality education and care.

You'll be a confident leader who enjoys coaching others, partnering with families, and creating an environment where children and teachers can flourish.

Permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For

  • BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an ECE management role
  • Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, ECE regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A proactive and innovative approach to leadership
