We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our centre and support a dedicated team of educators. This permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the learning and development of our tamariki, while driving excellence across all areas of centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators
- Build strong relationships with tamariki and whānau
- Champion high-quality teaching and learning
- Develop team capability through coaching and guidance
- Oversee curriculum delivery, planning, and compliance

About You
- Level 7 ECE qualification and current NZ Teaching Certification
- Leadership experience (Centre Manager or Head Teacher preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice
