Due to parental leave, BestStart Leeds St is seeking a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager to join our energetic and tight-knit team on a fixed-term basis. BestStart Leeds Street is conveniently situated in the inner city of Wellington. However, we believe our learning environment extends beyond our property and into the surrounding city. We are urban explorers and can be seen out and about the central city every week. We explore the city for art whether it be the streets, art galleries or museums, we photograph it, draw it and have discussions about it.

About the Role:
As a high-impact leader, reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre! Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA.

This is a fixed-term position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday ending May 2025.
