We’re currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join our warm, vibrant team at BestStart Blenheim Central. About the Role:
This is a fixed-term, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) covering August 2025 to April 2026. As Centre Manager, you’ll work closely with your Area Manager and lead a passionate team to ensure exceptional learning outcomes for children. Your ability to foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff will be essential to the success of the centre.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified and certified ECE or Primary Teacher (Level 7)
- Strong knowledge of child-led learning, Te Whāriki, and current ECE regulations
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your practice
- Confidence in coaching and developing others
- A forward-thinker who embraces innovation and continuous improvement
