Our charming early childhood education center, conveniently located near the local school, is seeking a dedicated Centre Manager to lead our team. With a license for up to 40 children, you'll play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to our community.

About the Role:
As a high-impact leader, reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre! Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.

We are looking for the following:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- You’ll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others
- You are an innovator, both in input and output – being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!
