About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our centre while supporting and developing a passionate team. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week).

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of kaiako 
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with tamariki and whānau 
  • Champion high-quality teaching and learning 
  • Support and grow team capability through coaching 
  • Ensure strong compliance, curriculum delivery, and planning

About You

You will bring a genuine passion for early childhood education, along with:

  • A Level 7 ECE qualification and current NZ Teaching Certification 
  • Proven leadership experience (Centre Manager or Head Teacher preferred) 
  • Strong knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki 
  • A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice
