About the role
The Family Works Resolution Service (FWRS) is for parents and caregivers who are in dispute, in respect to arrangements for care for their children. The service helps – through mediation - to make child centred arrangements without the time, expense and stress of going to court.
Family Works is looking for a Coordinator to provide support for this crucial service. The position is to provide call centre and administrative support to ensure an efficient and professional delivery of the Resolution Service.

This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week from our central Wellington office, unlike other call centre roles, we do not work evenings or weekends, so hours are worked during the normal business day, Monday to Friday.
About you
We are looking for someone with a mature outlook, who is capable of handling sensitive and confidential information from callers in an appropriate manner. You will have the ability to work as a closely connected team, whilst also working on your own initiative, gathering the necessary information to assist people with the right access to support, and provision of our services. You will enjoy ensuring that as the first point of contact with Family Works you deliver a client centred service that creates confidence in our team and is the beginning of a positive client experience.
