About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and approachable Centre Administrator to play a key role in the smooth operation of our centre.

This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You will provide excellent customer service to our whānau while supporting the day-to-day administrative functions that keep our centre running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing bookings and enrolments
  • Answering enquiries from current and prospective families
  • Supporting families through the enrolment process
  • Maintaining accurate parent accounts, payments, and direct debits
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and termly deadlines
  • General administration and data entry
  • Supporting within the centre alongside our tamariki.

This is a permanent part-time position working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Builds strong, respectful relationships with whānau and delivers excellent customer service
  • Is organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines confidently
  • Is comfortable handling accounts processes and resolving customer queries
  • Picks up new systems quickly and is confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Shows initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to step in where needed
  • Is open to learning, feedback, and ongoing development
