This is a fixed-term position covering parental leave from June 2026 to January 2027.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Centre Administrator who brings professionalism, warmth, and strong organisational skills to our team.

In this varied role, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our whānau
  • Manage bookings, enquiries, and parent queries
  • Maintain accurate parent accounts, direct debits, and payments
  • Meet daily, weekly, and termly administrative deadlines
  • Support new families through the enrolment process
  • Use your IT skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, and centre systems
  • Occasionally support our tamariki when needed

You will be supported by our National Admin Support Team, who provide ongoing helpdesk assistance, training, and guidance around Ministry of Education requirements.

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
