About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and organised Centre Administrator to join our team in a permanent part-time role (30 hours per week). As the first point of contact for our centre, you'll welcome families, support enrolments, and provide the administration that keeps our centre running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responding to phone and email enquiries.
  • Supporting new family enrolments.
  • Managing accounts, invoicing, and direct debits.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data.
  • General administration and filing.
  • Providing occasional classroom support when needed.

About You

You'll be:

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer focused.
  • Well organised with great attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other systems.
  • A clear communicator and reliable team player.
  • Comfortable managing accounts and solving day-to-day problems.
